The Pearl Chamber partnered with the Rankin Chamber to welcome two new businesses to Pearl! Catered Occasions of MS and Alex Hibachi at Home have worked together for several years and finally made the decision to open a new facility to better serve their customers. Catered Occasions is owned and operated by Rebecca Evans who caters wedding receptions, banquets, parties and corporate events both large and small. The food is not only delicious but the presentation and displays are absolutely gorgeous!
Catered Occasions has established a reputation as an award winning full-service company, recognized for creativity, world class food and flawless execution since 1991. Alex Ramirez, owner of Hibachi at Home, is a mobile hibachi chef who had many years of Japanese restaurant hibachi experience before making the decision to offer the mobile hibachi concept. He brings the party to you whether it’s to your home, business or outdoor event. Shrimp, scallops, steak, chicken, fried rice, vegetables and more will be cooked and served from the hibachi with the fun and skill of a hibachi chef. The businesses are located at 195 Concourse Drive in Pearl.
