We are proud to announce that the Pearl Fire Department Firefighter of the Month is Addison Newell. This award is a true testament to his commitment and expertise in serving the community. Since his hiring in February 2022, Addison has proven himself to be an invaluable asset to the department, demonstrating a remarkable dedication to both his professional growth and the safety of the citizens he serves. With over 500 hours of training at the Mississippi State Fire Academy, he possesses a strong foundational knowledge in firefighting techniques and emergency response protocols.
In addition to his exceptional firefighting skills, Addison attended Holmes Community College to become a certified Paramedic in 2022 and recently completed the Critical Care Paramedic program.
